1. Who we are

This policy covers the IPark website. The website is published by CYBERMECH SYSTEMS SUARL, Espace Tunis, Bloc H, Bureau H3-1, 1073 Tunis Montplaisir, Tunisia, which is responsible for the personal data described here.

The IPark apps and operator console are separate services. Parking operators that use IPark are responsible for their own operational records.

For any privacy question, write to privacy@ipark.solutions.

2. Data we collect

  • Demo and contact requests: your name, work email and any details you choose to add, such as your organisation, country, phone number, network size, timeline and message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, processed by our host to deliver and protect the website.
  • Analytics: pages visited and general device information, only if you allow analytics. See the Cookie policy.

The website has no user accounts. Product previews use demo data, and interacting with them sends nothing to us.

3. How we use it

PurposeLegal basis
Answering your request and preparing a demo or contractSteps taken at your request before a contract
Sending product news, if you opted inConsent
Operating and securing the website, including spam protectionLegitimate interest
Measuring website use, if you allowed analyticsConsent

We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Service providers

  • Our hosting provider hosts and delivers the website.
  • A spam-protection service checks that forms are sent by a person.
  • Our email provider delivers request notifications and receipts.
  • Our analytics provider, only with your consent. See the Cookie policy.

Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards. Write to privacy@ipark.solutions for details.

5. Retention

We keep request data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and longer only where the law requires it. Product news stops when you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the provider’s settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, ask for a portable copy and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@ipark.solutions.

You may also complain to a data protection authority. In Tunisia, this is the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to authorised staff. Please do not send passwords, payment details or vehicle documents through the website forms.

8. Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version.
