About
IPark is not just an app: we are a parking operator and a technology provider. From finding a parking space to managing a street, IPark connects the people and workflows behind everyday parking. Operators configure their network, drivers manage their sessions, and inspectors work from the same rules and records.

Questions & answers
Getting to know IPark? Start here.
IPark is a complete parking operating system: a driver app for finding, paying for and extending parking; an inspector app for checking plates at the kerb; and a web console where operators manage zones, tariffs, teams, fines and reports. We are also a parking operator: we can manage your parking for you, or deliver IPark as SaaS customised to your requirements.
Municipalities, private car-park operators, airports, campuses and event venues — anyone who runs paid parking and needs drivers, inspectors and back-office staff working from the same information.
The driver picks a saved vehicle, confirms the zone — detected by GPS or found by address — chooses a duration and sees the price before paying. The session starts once payment is confirmed, and the app sends a reminder before it expires.
Yes. Drivers add time from the app wherever they are, up to the maximum stay the operator has set for that zone.
Inspectors photograph the plate for automatic recognition or type it in. The app shows straight away whether a valid session exists, which zone it covers and when it ends, and records any follow-up — including a fine — against the check.
Yes. Operators draw zones and streets, attach tariffs one by one or by uploading a tariff file, and set maximum stays. Country rules such as grace periods, VAT and the default currency are configured once and apply wherever they should.
Use the payment methods shown for your location and operator before confirming your stay.
One platform supports multiple operators and currencies. For projects in the EU, UK, US and Gulf, we assess local parking rules, payments, vehicle identification and data requirements before rollout. Availability is confirmed for your locations.
IPark restricts fine access to verified owners, drivers of a linked parking session and the people an owner chooses for view-only alerts. Saving a plate alone grants no access.
For verified-owner access, send a photo of the registration certificate, its number and the keeper’s name from your garage. IPark staff review the request. Ownership verification is optional for ordinary parking and for handling a fine linked to your own session.
Yes. Drivers can dispute a fine from the app. The appeal reaches the operator console with the inspection evidence and the session record attached, so staff can review it and record a decision in one place.
They are simplified, interactive replicas built from the real IPark designs, using demo vehicles and illustrative activity. Nothing you do here is saved or charged.
Vehicle compatibility varies. Contact IPark to discuss availability for your vehicle.
Drivers sign in to the IPark app to pay for parking, manage their vehicles and access their receipts.
